Texas Instruments SN74AXC4T245 Bus Transceiver
Texas Instruments SN74AXC4T245 Bus Transceiver
Texas Instruments SN74AXC4T245/-Q1 4-Bit Dual-Supply Bus Transceivers utilize two independent, fully configurable power rails, and each port can operate from a 0.65V-3.6V supply range. SN74AXC4T245 supports VCCA and VCCB power supply. The A port is designed to track VCCA and accepts any supply voltage in the range of 0.65V to 3.6V, and the B port is designed to track VCCB and also accepts a supply voltage in the range of 0.65V to 3.6V.
The SN74AXC4T245 is ideal for asynchronous communication between data buses. The device transfers data from the A bus to the B bus, or from the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic level of the direction control input. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications with Ioff current, which ensures that no excess current is drawn from or supplied to input/output or fast I/Os biased to a specific voltage. The SN74AXC4T245 VCC isolation feature ensures that if VCCA or VCCB is below 100mV, then both I/O ports enter a high-impedance state by disabling their outputs. Additionally, glitch-free power sequencing powers up or powers down any one rail in any order while providing robust power sequencing performance. The SN74AXC4T245-Q1/
SN74AXC4T245RSVR /SN74AXC4T245PWR device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
