Renesas Electronics RZ/Live RISC-V microprocessor has RISC-V CPU core (AX45MP single core) 1.0GHz and 16 bit DDR3L/DDR4 interface. RZ/Five MPU also includes various interfaces, such as Gb Ethernet, CAN and USB 2.0, so it is very suitable for entry-level social infrastructure gateway control and industrial gateway control.
The Renesas Electronics RZ/Live RISC-V microprocessor is packaged with 13mm x 13mm BGA-361 and 11mm x 11mm BGA-266. The BGA model includes a dual channel Gigabit Ethernet interface. The BGA-266 model includes a single channel Gigabit Ethernet interface.
